My objective of the Consultation is to better understand you as a Person. What are your goals, your current experience, your preferences, your hesitations/concerns, the exercise routine your schedule permits for, and more
Once the program has been created, I will provide a tracking system tailored to that specific program. However it will be your responsibility to continue tracking your Reps, Sets, Weight, RPE, and other notes. This will be important in order to fully gauge your progress throughout the program.
As stated these are simply recommendations but are not specific macro or calorie targets. If this is something that you are looking for, take a look at our Gold or Platinum Program that includes specific guidance.
This can fluctuate. Truthfully it will only be determined after the consultation. Once goals are established we can then discuss what is appropriately feasible within a set amount of time. However my goal is to set you up with a program, the skillset, and knowledge to scale up even after the initial program has been completed.
As part of the program, I will do my best to answer all questions ahead of time, including replacement exercises or mental cues. However, both communication and weekly Check-Ins are not part of this program. Therefore it is typically geared to those with intermediate to advanced exercise experience. Should you feel that you require more structured guidance, you may look at our other programs that may be more suited for you.
The objective of the Silver Program is not isolated to hypertrophy. Since it is tailored to the individual, we will build a plan from scratch that has your goal in mind. Therefore it can target cardiorespiratory goals, strength goals, or simply quality-of-life goals.
