A traditional gym is always recommended and may be required depending on the goals discussed during the consultation. However Home Equipment may suffice if it is appropriate for the goals being set.
We have partnered with the *** Program in order to provide our clients with the best tools to measure progress. The app allows you to track Reps, Sets, Weight, as well as to take notes of RPE* and other subjective markers. All of this will help us gauge your progress throughout the program.
