I’m a weightlifter and overall fitness enthusiast from the Greater Portland area. For the last 8 years I’ve been training and experimenting with weight lifting strategies and techniques. I enjoy sharing everything I’ve learned along the way, so that I may educate and inspire anyone looking to optimize their lifestyle and reach whatever goals they set forth.
