An Ever-Evolving Work-Out Program with 1-on-1 In-Person Training
As the Final Level, my goal for this is to not only provide tailored exercise plans but to help guide you In-Person through this program. This level is best suited for individuals who feel that they require more hand-on guidance. Similar to the Gold Plan, I will schedule weekly Check-Ins based on availability to ensure that the program is going as planned and to clarify or adjust anything as needed. Unfortunately, given the In-Person nature of this plan, it is limited to the Greater Portland Area.

My objective of the Consultation is to better understand you as a Person. What are your goals, your current experience, your preferences, your hesitations/concerns, the exercise routine your schedule permits for, and more
Once the program has been created, I will provide a tracking system tailored to that specific program. However it will be your responsibility to continue tracking your Reps, Sets, Weight, RPE, and other notes. This will be important in order to fully gauge your progress throughout the program. As part of the Platinum level, I will discuss these numbers with you during the Weekly Check-Ins and use them as a guide to adjust numbers if needed.
Unlike with the Silver Level, nutrition in the Gold and Platinum plan will include specific calorie and macro-nutrient targets based on your personal goal. In addition to the tips and grocery tricks I have found to achieve those different goals.
This will be fully discussed during the Consultation. However equipment is only necessary if it is optimal for your goal. If it is deemed a requirement, I have access to a private gym; however the rental cost for the session will be added onto the total price.
Similar to the Gold Plan, the idea behind the Platinum Plan is to provide you with a Membership in which we can continue hitting your health goals one by one. There is no set length of the program as this varies from person to person. As an example, an individual may initially start with hypertrophy focus but may then pivot towards strength or powerlifting.
Depending on your exercise experience, you may feel that you do not need In-Person Training for every session. This can be fully determined during the consultation and subsequent Weekly Check-Ins. Should we agree that you need less than 5 In-Person sessions a month, the pricing will simply adjust to include the monthly price of the Gold plan ($299/month).
As part of the program, I will do my best to answer all questions ahead of time, including replacement exercises or mental cues. Unlike the Silver Plan, you may reach out to me at any time and I will answer any and all questions to the best of my ability within 2-3 business days. You may also bring up any questions during the Weekly Check-In
The objective of the Gold and Platinum Program is not isolated to hypertrophy. Since it is tailored to the individual, we will build a plan from scratch that has your goal in mind. Therefore it can target cardiorespiratory goals, strength goals, or simply quality-of-life goals.
